I received a high standard of communication and service from L & I Eaton Keith. From car pick up to return I was kept informed by either telephone, email or face to face. My car on return not only looked like new but also a courtesy clean was provided this was of a great benefit to myself.

L&I Eaton Keith branchAfter a recent accident in my vehicle. L&I Eaton Keith were tasked with the repairs to the front near side including some of the electronic sensors. All of the repairs were carried out efficiently & effectively & everything is 100% again ? The staff are warm & friendly & kept me constantly updated with biweekly phone calls or text messages & even sent a video of my car showing what works were required after they uplifted it ?.My car has now been delivered back to me clean & without any blemishes, along with the same amount of fuel it had when they picked it up ?Can?t recommend the Keith department highly enough. They gave me a great experience after a horrible incident ??????????

Keith BranchMy car had to go in for repairs, Brilliant service from start to finish. From the guy collecting my car who was soaked through as it was raining , but still kept a smile on his face, being kept up to date about the repairs, the friendly colleagues on the phone, and my car being brought back by the same guy. Lovely man.

Absolutely fantastic service at the ?Keith Branch. Melisa who I was talking to was so professional and polite 5?for her . The car itself looks fantastic came back all valet.I do stay quiet I bit from Keith so a recovery was arranged 5?? to them to agin the driver was polite and professional . I will definitely be referring them to friends and family ??????????
