Had an issue driving home after work with a heat shield dragging on the road throwing sparks up - made a mess of trying to sort it myself in the evening, so the car was barely drivable. Rang them at 9pm to see if I could book in, they said bring it in first thing tomorrow. So I slowly drove it down at 8am, within 5 minutes the car was sorted and I managed to get to work on time. Fantastic service and will use again.

Put my car in here to get them to look it over, fix what needed done for a test and get it through. Sat for 2 and a half weeks untouched. When asked about what was needing done I was told the car wouldn't move because the clutch was gone, they'd get back in touch to tell me a price etc. Never phoned back, so I followed it up....only to be met with excuses. Just went and shifted the car to another garage....managed to drive it there no problem. I will never put my car back into this garage.

Not impressed. Couldn?t fix my van and panels taken off for diagnostic machine not put back on. Automotive guy came to my home and fixed problem in 15 mins!

I turned up with a faulty warning light. No notice and they said they could probably help me. I had to wait just 1 hour and they found a slot I their busy diary and managed to check the issue for me. And then sorted it within about a further 30 mins. Excellent service.

A very modern and clean garage, took my sidecar for an MOT and very pleasant and helpful staff. I can't vouch for the quality of their work but from what I witnessed whilst waiting all of the staff seemed professional and were taking care of customer vehicles. I will definitely go back here.I did go back, the chap remembered me from my previous visit. Carried out the MOT thoroughly and quickly. It was a cold wet day so not ideal for motorcycling, but at least the MOT was quick and easy.

I took my motorcycle for it's MOT to Keith Motor Co. - I'd heard good recommendations from friends about the business, and I was thoroughly impressed with the set up; friendly, knowledgable staff and good communication. What's more, I strongly believe you can judge the quality of a commercial garage by the level of cleanliness and organisation. It's a credit to all at Keith Motor Co - its so clean and business like, you could eat your dinner off the floor!

On holiday in Scotland, I was driving from Aberlour, when I got a fault warning that something wasn't right with the engine of my BM. The following day I contacted AA, who put me in touch with Keith Motor company, who came promptly to where I was staying in Portessie. A diagnostic revealed it was a fault re the Turbo, and Scott the technician did a physical inspection. The vehicle had to be taken away by transporter for an urgent repair as I was going for the ferry in three days, a 270 mile drive. The following day I got a call to say the vehicle was ready after manufacturing and fitting a new part to the turbo, and testing the car. The response was immediate and the service five star. I have no hesitation in recommending Keith Motor as a professional company, which goes the extra mile to help it's customers. Many thanks for their assistance, and also due to the advice from Scott, our holiday has ended on a happy note.
