Great visit in a small group with a guide who knows what he's talking about! The whole process and the history are very well explained.Tasting of very interesting products, you can find the different kinds of whiskey in a small box offered for those who have to get back behind the wheel: a nice touch! We then went for a visit to the whiskey lounge and in the end we ate very well with a la carte Scottish specialties enhanced by fine cuisine. It's definitely worth it, especially the trio of Scottish specialties.

It is the first whiskey distillery we have visited so we didn't know what to expect but Kevin, our guide, made a place interesting and exciting for us with kindness and humor which in itself was already very exciting. Perfumes, history, production processes and taste won me over. All in all, good!Advised.

The surrounding park, the cellars, the shop are worth a detour?

A really nice place to visit. Do one of yours with a tasting at the end. Our guide was warm and funny and obviously very enthusiastic about the place. The lounge behind the shop is how a bar really should be. Totally recommended. The tours need booking in advance but not a shop or whisky lounge visit.

Wonderfull. Do not have to book a tour to come to the visitor center and the whiskey bar, where you can sample from a menu

We had such a great experience at the Distillery Shop with Steve, who explained everything to us, gave us a Whisky tasting (for free!) and showed us the opportunity to bottle, cork and label our own Glenfiddich Whisky - which we did - of course! It was amazing, funny and will be such a great memory for us! Thank you! ?

Shop has a lot of whiskey that I've not seen before. However you can find some better deals online. Parking is free. The distillery is closed to visitors in the winter however the gift shop is open.

Located in a beautiful valley, they offer a tour of the distillery for 20 pounds and will give you 4 shorts of Glen whiskey as well , they will tell you the brief history and how they make their signature single malt

Great experience. The process was well explained and the facilities were beautiful (something about huge wooden or patina'd copper vessels holding that wonderful Scotch). Staff was super friendly. I couldn't resist purchasing the bottle of 15 year cask strength only available at the distillery gift shop. They let you bottle it from the cask yourself! Must see.

In addition to the whisky of course, we were very pleasantly surprised to see a wide variety of local/Scottish-made fashion accessories and other products. We ended up buying most of our souvenirs from here! Like scarves, hats, gloves, and other hand made items. What a fantastic shop!

One of the few family owned distilleries left in Scotland. Fascinating family and production history. Callum was very passionate and excited about his job. Only downside was that the production line was not viewable on this day but we had been given advanced notice and given the opportunity to reschedule or get a refund. To recompense us they did give us a discount. Enjoyed the tastings and warehouse.

Downgrading my own review - communication from Customer Services by email has become non-existent with in excess of 60 days for a reply. The Distillery is closed to the public on Mondays & Tuesdays for Corporate events only so check the website before you travel and to top it all they are currently not serving any food on site for the remainder of 2022 and foresee this running into 2023 apparently - will not be travelling back to the distillery any time soon!My fave place for being made to feel welcome, looked after and for this visit we were treated to the Whiskey Lounge, very relaxing and quaint. Afternoon Tea and the Whiskey Afternoon Tea were fantastic, savoury with sweet combined to make a fantastic tea - Well done Glenfiddich again, simple but sublime as always.

My husband and I took a tour with my 29 year old son, his girlfriend and our almost 17 year old son. The tour was okay, unfortunately the tour guide, lovely as she was, didn't speak loud enough and didn't wait for all the tour to gather in certain areas. We all paid £20 each, yet there was nothing to offer my youngest son in the way of refreshment; all other visitors on the tour received 4 whisky samples and were even offered extra for those with special occasions, but my son wasn't offered anything except water. I feel the charge was rather steep, given he received no samples. My son asked if his dad could have his samples but they were quickly whipped away! Having taken many other tours I feel this was average. The ladies toilets are beautiful though! Unfortunately the cafe/restaurant was closed.
