Friendly staff. There 3 counters, only ever one open though, mean while they wander around the shop floor asking if they can help with anything. Surely it would be simpler if they opened up one of the other counters and just dealt with people and reduced the queue ?

Helpful, most are cheery. Long waiting time as only 1cashier the rest are wandering about. Could be doing with more tills open as there is enough spare staff to open other tills.

Visted the Keith branch a couple of times recently and found the staff to be excellent. Dealt with 2 different staff and both were very knowlegable and helpful. They helped with a number of issues very efficiently. Excellent experience

I have phoned 4 times and all I want to know about my Cash ISA they keep asking me for my card no which a have not got as everything has been transferred only bond left which is up for renewal sos
