My local delivery office is fantastic but the company as a whole needs to be cut down restructuring and new management of funds and then it might be a good place to work, I repeat 5 stars for local postmen 0 stars for the company as a whole

Booking repeatedly for redilevery to the local post office but this is not done and instead they keep attempting to bring my item at home when I am at work. I wonder if they even read these reviews and wish to improve themselves.

Orders something didn?t arrive sent back to post office then booked redelivery didn?t show up then went to parcel collection they didn?t have it! I paid £40 for my item and still nothing actual joke

parcel was not delivered per the time on the text received, so missed delivery, rebooked for 2 days later, delivery didn't happen, went to johnstone office to find place shut, even thought website said open, still waiting for my parcel which is probably lost now !!! Ridiculous service !

Collection Office open for only 5 hours a day when most people are at their work. Open for only 5 hours all weekend too. Royal Mail obviously 'don't give a monkey's' about you or your parcel. This coupled with their farce of a delivery service, insistance of delivering junk mail through your door thus polluting the planet and encouraging waste is truly pathetic. An organisation obviously ran by idiots.

A parcel of mine is missing although it has been scanned as delivered. Even though I actually opened the door and received another parcel a minute before the missing one was meant to have been delivered to me, I didn't receive it. It still hasn't been located almost a month later, so it must have disappeared into thin air.. Along with the money I spent buying the item that was meant to have been delivered.. The depot manager was polite enough on the phone although quite dismissive, and there is no answers as to where my parcel could be. I feel more could have been done to try and investigate where it may have ended up. All I know is none of my neighbours have came forward with it, and I didn't get it. I am actually a bit concerned of theft, as I don't see what else could have happened to it as it's still not showed up anywhere a month later.
