What a difference from 7 yrs ago instead of progress they've went backwards .in my opinion they have knocked the soul out of greggs slow service hot rolls are dry atleast offer to put spread on them

Work often takes me to this Greggs and the staff are always great.
(I cannot eat from Greggs as there are no gluten-free, sugar-free, quorn-free vegan, options ?)
Dietary restrictions: It's all gluten and sugar, and mainly meat (as you would expect at a bakery chain?)
Parking: Can be difficult to find a parking space but not impossible ?

Been going to the same Greggs often as the staff are friendly and there's always food that I like and their caramel latte ?love it, just wish they would go back to having seating so I can sit in instead sometimes instead of having take away but that's the only thing I'd like to improve in my local Greggs..
Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options but not a completely different section or variety, I'm not vegetarian but if I was I wouldn't think there was a big variety to choose from but there certainly are some options there.
Kid-friendliness: Always little cakes aimed at the kids and staff are always friendly to wee ones, when they had the sit in option the staff always came up and spoke to the kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's automatic doors, no steps and everything can be seen/,reached,, if anything was out of reach the staff would help you and there is a part of the counter low enough for a wheelchair user to pay and pick up their purchases.

You always know what to expect from Greggs. They are very dependable, and the food is always the same quality whichever one you go to. This is a small Greggs with a tiny sit in area, which, when we were there was closed off and being used for storage, so we took our lunch and went and sat in the town square across the road instead as it was a sunny day.

Made a quick visit here with my daughter while my son and wife had an appointment in Johnstone.I didn't get the lady's name who served us, but her friendly welcome and smile really made sure our day got off to a great start.As usual the food was as expected.Thanks!
