Ordered a pizza for delivery, Driver had other deliveries before mine, website stated pizza had been delivered, i called store and while on call to store pizza arrived, pizza is cold so i refuse delivery, manager comes onto phone who asks what the issue is, i explain issue and she then stated 'pizza has just come out oven and straight to you'. I corrected her and told her on your pizza tracker i watched the driver go to bridge of weir, totally in opposite direction to me, she then said no he wasnt and then insinuated i was lying, she then said hang on while i check delivery schedule, to then come back and agree with me, and then say driver is back and pizza is hot. Pizza was not hot at all the box was stone cold, when i buy a pizza i expect it to be warm/hot and fit for purpose it was purchased for. She said i will refund you and hung up. No explanation on when refund would be and certainly no goodbye. I called back straight away and asked when refund would be refunded to be told i would be refunded, and asked her why no goodbye and she hung up phone a second time. I have ordered pizza's frequently and never had an issue, but now with this issue and your managers rudeness in lacking customer service skills i will never order any pizza's from domino's again, as this is what you employ in managers who should be setting examples to other employee's. Absolute shocked at her customer services skills, abysmal service. now without a pizza and no refund.

When your paying near £50 for 4 items you expect it to be adequate. Under cooked chips and getting not cranberry sauce on the festive loaded fries is absolutely criminal behaviour! To top it of pizza wasn't even hot. Get your shit together

Ordered a pizza. Got a pizza with no tomato base, not what we ordered. Called store multiple times to try to get this corrected. No one picks up. Not ordering again. Absolutely rubbish.

Was keep waiting on and off on the phone for ages and then I was informed it was company policy that they don't take cash for delivery. That will be a disabled person going hungry then. Me and the dog.

Decent enough pizza if you get a good deal on the app. Would never pay full price.Vegetarian options: Decent veggie/vegan options.

The staff in here are friendly and they work hard.Only reason I have given 3 stars is that ALL Domino's pizzas scrimp on the toppings. I always get and pay for double tomato sauce and double cheese. At £15 a pizza you shouldn't need to do that.
