Really tasty food. They were very busy which is a good sign. There was a little wait for food but it was well communicated before ordering so we didn't mind. Would return.

Incredibly disappointing visit after initially hearing such nice things. £7+ for a coffee and a croissant. The coffee tasted on par with McDonald's black coffee - either the beans they have on are vile, or their oat milk had gone off and split when warmed. Service was mediocre at best. Clearly a place to cash in on desperate families looking for somewhere to take their kids.

The place is reminiscent of Japanese style cafes and set in a pleasant location.
Lots of healthy and not so healthy, mostly veggie, some vegan options.
The staff never seem that happy and spend more time telling you what can't happen, rather than celebrating the options that exist. We've never once felt welcome here, more that we're a hassle. We've noticed staff push takeaway before inviting you to a table.
The food is nice for adults, but smaller portions, so order more than you'd usually consider. For children, there are healthy options. The raw bars get left by children (not just ours).
This time we got a cake that had a topping. However, it was stuck in a bag and immediately caused the bag to deteriorate as it was a wet topping. It meant picking out bag from cake.

Delightful café, set in renovated farm buildings on a countryside estate, offers more than just great food. Alongside the café is an adjoining shop filled with eco-conscious and locally sourced products too.
There are plenty of scenic walks nearby, and a large play area just across the road for children. The venue and grounds are dog friendly.
The menu is varied with a wide selection of both savoury and sweet options. My first choice had sold out, but I wasn?t disappointed?the ploughman?s flatbread was absolutely delicious. Later, the carrot and pistachio cake proved to be an equally tasty treat.
The staff were so welcoming and helpful. I absolutely loved this place and am already looking forward to my next visit.
Onsite free parking.

Guessing it's changed management since we were last there. Really poor. 100% vegetarian/vegan menu.
Staff a little pas-agg.
Nah.

If I was vegetarian I would give 5 stars, the food is lovely and freshly prepared but obviously no meat option. I did enjoy the food I had, ploughman's flatbread, very tasty and filling, halloumi fries, and mini rostis with spicy ketchup.

Lovely seating area. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Robust menu and delicious. If you're purely a must-have meat to eat, then not for you food wise.

Another great visit to OTO. It was busy when we arrived but we were seated and served in no time. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was as delicious as I'd remembered. Nice to see so many vegan options. Highly recommend.

Located within the courtyard at Harestanes visitor centre.
Fabulous vegetarian fare, flatbreads and pittas filled with tasty treats. Coffee is spot on, a big favourite of ours for a wee jaunt.

Great Product, fantastic location, but fell flat on their face with service. We ordered two Jelly and Gelato with strawberry sauce, the server came back and said, sorry no jelly. I was offered a cake and declined, my husband asked for just the ice cream then instead. When it arrived, it was one ball of ice cream in a bowl, no sauce and not even a small amount of ice cream extra to compensate for no jelly !! When I came to pay, I checked that they weren?t still charging full price, to which the reply came, oh yes. I said, well there was just a ball of ice cream, would you not reduce the price slightly from £5 to allow for the missing items or would you not give a little more ice cream instead. The reply was no, thats how we do it. What a con!!! £5 for a ball
of ice cream. #feelingrippedoff

Came here with the children. Once mid week once at weekend. Really great food which we all enjoyed. Only minor issue had was that we initially got seated by the coffee machine which was on constant use and very loud. I asked to move and it was no issue. Definitely worth a visit. Staff were friendly too.
