Just rung to arrange to have my mother's ear syringed as she has dementia and is in a lot of pain with it. Was told that she must wait 6 weeks for an appointment as there is only one practice nurse.

Some staff are very helpful some are very unprofessional and speak down to you. Often not fully checking your notes and even been called a different name. Dealt with the place a few times. In the beginning it was good, but is going down hill rapidly.
