What a lovely time we had, chatting with Lucy about the history of the farm and area, what they are doing and aims for the future. We had a lovely walk around the farm afterwards which we really enjoyed. Highly enjoyable and recommended, and thank you so much. Great tea and cake!!!

We had the walk, talk and cake with Lucy, and it was definitely a different and delightful experience. Learned a lot about silage farming, corncrake and wildflower conservation, and enjoyed the beautiful views and delicious cake and coffee. Nice way to spend part of an afternoon in Skye.

Waternish Farm is a conservation area specialising in ground nesting birds and wildflower meadows. Particular attention is paid to the elusive corncrake.
Morning Coffee and Cake and Afternoon Coffee, Cake, Talk and Walk are available.
