Delicious tasting menu at the chef's table in the kitchen- a lovely setting. Great atmosphere and friendly interactive chefs. The whole experience was elevated by the knowledgable and professional service by Florin. Highly enjoyable and memorable.

The setting was lovely, the food was wonderful, but the service was lacking. Everything was going great until we hit a stall in the service between our 4th and 5th course, of our 7th course meal. The lag time was 35 minutes between courses. That made us rush through, and pile up our 2 desert courses together. Normally I would have gone with the flow, but we had a long drive back to our hotel, and didn?t want to drive the narrow roads in the dark. Needless to say, it put a damper on the whole experience, and added undo stress to what should have been a very relaxing evening. But food was great!

We had the pleasure of celebrating our engagement at the three chimneys and I cannot praise them enough. Not only was the food delicious but the staff were attentive, knowledgable and friendly. The wine pairings were great and the setting beautiful. 10/10, couldn?t fault a single aspect.

The Three Chimneys is in any ways a fantastic experience: Excellent and very well prepared dishes with the most delicious ingredients. The host was really accomodating and attentive and communicated with good feelings and good humor.

What a wonderful hotel and dining experience on the Isle of Skye. We traveled the entire island during our week stay and started the journey by taking the ferry from Mallaig to Armadale (southeast Skye). The House Over-by & Three Chimneys were exceptionally customer focused. Our room in The House Over-by was simply designed with luxury and space in mind. What a nice welcome after hiking and exploring all day. In the morning we stepped over to Three Chimneys where we were spoiled with a hearty 5 star breakfast of our choice. I love the interior of this cottage restaurant. It has been well designed and just lovely with the exception of a couple of spots the tables are rather close (such a small issue, but worth noting). We had all of our breakfast and dinners here and each and every dish was perfect. They were a bit busy one night and service was a little disorganized, but we had a beautiful view, exceptional food, pampering waitstaff and very nice wine. Also, we just had to walk across the parking lot to our room and watch the beautiful sunset and sea lions playing by the shore. It was hard to leave and owe that to the dedicated team of this magical place - especially Kirsty who made our dining experiences memorable and felt like a friend we wanted to see again and again. Thomas delighted us with his great attitude and made everything easy and Maria was on every detail of our stay. This is a very special place to be savored and loved.

Fantastic evening, couldn't fault a thing with a beautiful setting, stunning food and a brilliant team. Special mention to Kirsty who went over and above, her explanations and detail of suppliers was as good as any we have experienced in any restaurant!

Tasty and enjoyable dinner with very fresh and interesting ingredients. The bread in particular was amazing. The service (Brandon was our server) was fantastic - friendly, attentive. The space has a nice water view and feels cozy.
