? Ambience: It's a bar! The bar is very well stocked and looks very pretty. The rest of the space is clean and has art of the local mountains, a nice space to rest after a day of hiking.
? Food: We ordered the halloumi sticks, which were had a perfect thin batter, the tomato soup and the haggis fritters. Everything came out promptly and was warm. We intended it to be a snack, but the portions ended up being large enough for a small dinner!
? Vegetarian Value: There's at least one vegetarian option in each section, one sandwich, one main, and at least one appetizer.
? Price: We only had the appetizers, which I thought were fairly priced.

We found it by accident and ate very good food! A large selection of alcohols, we got our ordered dishes very quickly, the service was ok, the atmosphere too - a bit worn out by time, but still cozy!

Don?t go here if you have a dog or I guess small children who make any noise at all . One male member of staff very rude and unwelcoming . Said we were disturbing diners when actually diners were asking to cuddle my dog

A nice place with a large selection of drinks. The employees are incredibly nice and accommodating! The choice of food isn't huge, but there is something for everyone. And that is also very tasty.

We went here only because hungry and everywhere else was booked solid. This place has limited menu. There was six of us. Three of us had the macaroni dinner that was macaroni with watery cheese. All of us felt sick next day. None of us finished our meals. We will all remember our worst meal on vacation from here. I paid the bill which was 195.00 Canadian. This place was so bad it needs closed down. What an experience. This review thing asks what dishes I can recommend, my answer (none)

Very well-equipped bar with lots of whiskeys and several whiskey flights to try. Good music, good staff and the food was good too for typical bar food. The highlight was the Cullen Skink, which was very tasty. We'd love to come back,

I have been traveling around Scotland for a couple of weeks and had a difficult time finding a room. The one place we found was a little remote, and our only dinner option was jerky and trail mix from our road trip. So, we decided to eat at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the food was the worst I have had this year?not just in Scotland or the US, but literally the worst I've experienced this calendar year. Our group ordered a wide variety of dishes, including a BBQ sandwich, chicken sandwich, hamburger, and fish and chips, but no one even finished their meals. In hindsight, I would have preferred to save my money and stick with the jerky and trail mix or even take the opportunity to start a fast. Additionally, the service was subpar, although the staff was polite, which felt a bit strange. I?ve also never given a 1 star review ever??

Thank you so much, Pete, Matt Janus, Martin and all the other staff and locals who's names we didn't get during our 10 day stay on Slingachan campsite. Shame we don't live closer we would be regulars. Food absolutely brilliant, must try Cullen skink and Mac and Cheese far to much but damn good food, together. Cilla dog made to feel as welcome as we were hope to visit again. Nicky

Good place for a quick bite. The menu is small but has a variety. We were split on the quality of the food. We really like our Cullen Skink but my chicken sandwich wasn't that great. Others in our group enjoyed their burgers.
The staff was nice and helpful but you did need to flag them down to order or even figure out how you were meant to order. You order the food at the table (and pay at that moment) but then have to go to the bar to order drinks.
It's a good place to get out of the rain with lots of tables and plenty of space, but if you are looking for a more intimate restaurant experience, this might not be the place. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves.
Parking: Parking is shared with the Sligachan Hotel and while there was plenty of parking when we were there, I could see it quickly filling up on a busy day.
Kid-friendliness: High chairs were available and there were several other families with toddlers (ours is 10 months) around us which no one seemed bothered by.

Great, quick food service, wide selection of drinks and a cosy fire which was much needed. Yannis the manager is so kind and interesting - very grateful to him for looking after me after a very wet day on the Skye trail!! Would recommend.
