Really enjoyed being helped by the bearded, bespeckled Scottish gentleman in his 40s, who showed us to our seat and handed me the secret weapon (a spoon) to enjoy the sauce of the mussels I ordered. Unfortunately I had a sort of allergic reaction to the pannecotta (Mild food poisoning? Maybe it's too fatty for me?)

An excellent Sunday lunch in an old school on Skye. Tbe service and ambience were great. The roast beef was divine and melted in your mouth. The veg and gravy were good. In a nod to school dinners the mash potato was instant like Smash and the roasties straight out of any besdies bag in the freezer. A strange choice but we had a great meal and if it was a GCSE it would be a B+.

The Staff are so friendly and the place has a real buzz to it ive eaten here several times and the food is top quality and the staff really are 10/10 a credit to Dunvegan and the owner well done ?

What a pleasant and refreshing change from the restaurants we visited so far. Staff was very attentive. Food was delicious and served timely. Interior design was charming and simple.The views out the large windows are lovely. Parking in easy in and out.

Absolutely loved The Old School! The food was phenomenal, and every employee made the dining experience wonderful! Each dish from appetizer to dessert was delectable. Our 6 year old even said, ?I love this place! The people are so nice!? We will absolutely come again when we return to Skye someday :)

The Old School Restaurant offers a truly charming and cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The setting is full of character and warmth, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the moment. The food was absolutely outstanding! Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully prepared. On top of that, the service was friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall great experience. A must-visit if you're in the area!

Restaurant with a lot of charm owing to the building. Great service. Food was delicious and of a very high standard in taste and presentation, definitely the best haggis I've had.

All the staff were lovely, food was delicious and everything loosely themed on the old school, but reminiscent fun, not heavy handed.
They could use some fabric banners hanging up to reduce the noise.
