“Thank you to all the staff here 2023 has started differently my 3 prescriptions have all come in early. I rarely do reviews but felt compelled after reading some reviews here. Yes there were staffing issues before Christmas but please a little understanding. I queued for a total of 4 hours and need my meds just like everyone else. Staff were doing their best under difficult circumstances. I can tell you I've queued in England for prescriptions paid for and here in Scotland they are free. We are very lucky here on Bute. I think we forget this. Thanks to all the staff at Victoria Street.”
