Lovely lunch/breakfast menu and homebaked cakes. Everything I tried tasted just as if they were prepared from scratch -- if it is raspberry cake, the jam and the sponge both tasted as if home made. Locally sourced mussels were exceptionally good! They also sell frozen meals for take away, too.

Lovely places staff very nice .the place is clean i had the homemade steak pie came with chips and peas couldn't fault it was excellent , then had blueberry and lemon drizzle cake was yummy will definitely be back here soon

Extremely nice staff, but the food is - I'm sorry - just awful. no spices, soaked with fat, just dreadful, I was after a long hike, very hungry and was barely able to eat it.

What a fantastic meal. Service speedy, food delicious.
The Loch Fyne mussels were gorgeous. Do get the lemon meringue pie if available - perfection!

Absolutely fantastic restaurant!!! Probably one of the best meals iv had in a while and eat out constantly. The lovely friendly staff managed to squeeze both me and my children in for some food after we got caught in the rain and no other places were open, so we were more than grateful. Lovely peace of heaven with absolutely beautiful food, we had the wild boar, highly recommended! We will definitely be back, prices were brilliant too!!

Absolutely our favourite place to eat on the island. We always book in advance to make sure we?ve got a table! Valerie and Rino are lovely people, always great service and good to see them. Great vegetarian options, and the food is local which is a plus. The desserts are phenomenal.

Sunday lunch the 26th of November and fully booked months ago. Easy to see why....Fantastic food great ambience and service. Very relaxing better than any Glasgow or London experience. Starters of local crab and stuffed mushrooms followed by the most delightful local lamb and beautifully cooked Haddock.Topped of by a lovely home made carmel and apple pie....a byo and no corkage charge . A big thankyou to bRino? In the kitchen and wonderful service from Valirie and Jessica..Alan and Christina Dunn Largs....a must visit for good food lovers.

Outstandingly good food, simple but comfortable setting, staff friendly and efficient. Good choice of food, all clearly home made, incredible portions. Best restaurant on the island by far!

Three weeks in Scotland and this was the best food while being welcomed by the owner's Valerie and Rino. Best Venison I have ever had. Also, they have an assistant that is an artist, and she displays her work in a case. Purchased Highland Cow tea towels. Pronounced if you are a local sounds like "Eland Coo". Be sure to make reservations, owners are looking to retire soon, don't miss this special treat if you are on the Island.
