Best hotel on Arran. Been coming here for 10 years now, standards still very high, restaurant and bar are excellent. Staff are brilliant. Seaview rooms have the best views on Arran. Exceptional......

Staff courteous, friendly. Rooms very high standard All staff went above and beyond to make our short stay in the hotel a memorable experience. Close proximity to ferry terminal, great parking and excellent access for those with mobility issues. Assistance to ferry was given in driving winds and rain and there was no issue with us remaining in hotel duel to ferry cancellations. We'll done to you all.

Stayed in the Goatfell Suite. Absolutely beautiful room with stunning panoramic views from the huge bay windows. Everything about the hotel is top quality and it's obvious that no expense was spared when it was renovated a few years ago. The food is superb and the reception, housekeeping, bar and restaurants staff are so friendly and helpful. We had our dog with us and everybody made us feel so very welcome. We think this is the best place to stay in Aaran and would highly recommend it.Rooms: The Goatfell Suit is simply stunning with panoramic views from its huge bay windows. The room is extremely spacious with a very comfortable super king bed with cotton and down. The sofa is comfortable and a great place to chill and take in the view. The pictures on the website don't do it justice.Food & drinks: We thought the dinners were some of the best we've ever had and were obviously created from fresh ingredients by a very talented chef. The full Scottish breakfast was delicious and my wife was able to order a full vegetarian version from the menu which she said was superb.

I stayed at this hotel in October this year (2023) for four nights. I am only just getting around to reviewing it, as like most people, other life stuff gets in the way.I've made the effort to come back and review this hotel as I found it amazing. This was a business stay as I was working on Arran, but I stay on a lot of hotels through work all over the UK, week after week but do not often review them unless they stand out.My room was enormous with very high ceilings and excellent views. My bathroom was bigger than some hotel rooms I have stayed in elsewhere. The room décor and finishes were perfect. The dinner and breakfast options every day were superb and I could not fault it. The ladies in the breakfast room do a solid job every morning, you want for nothing. From the moment you check in, until you leave the staff simply look after you. Many hotels in Scotland are struggling for staff and are having to plug gaps. Service can sometimes be a bit hit and miss and I forgive that given their circumstances. I would hand on heart say this has been the only hotel I have stayed at in 2023 where as a guest, I have not noticed any drop in standards.Don't get me wrong, they will not make up your room every day unless you ask, which is a post-COVID policy in most hotels. This is something I prefer as I do not have to pack away my laptop/clothes I threw in the corner the night before in a rush to get to the bar.I take my hat off to all the staff from reception to housekeeping, to the bar/restaurant, and to the breakfast room with all others in between. You do it well. The hotel location right next to the ferry terminal and central Brodick with its supermarket and outdoor shop is also very handy. If you are into pillow fights, you get more pillows/cushions than you know what to do with!!I will be back and can't wait.Thank you.Paul

Really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect location and base for a long weekend on Arran. Breakfasts excellent, staff attentive, room comfortable and quiet.Walkability: Less than a five minute walk from the ferry terminal, Brodick and the Arran Brewery walkable in 40mins.

We loved our stay. We booked via ItIsOn and thought it was really good value for money. Large room, very comfortable bed. We thought food was great, we had dinner in the restaurant and breakfast was included. Staff were friendly and helpful. I've recommended the offer to my sister and would stay again.
