A small but lovely place with an amazing vegan carrot cake, you wouldn't know the difference. A lovely play area outside for children.

A great oasis on the west of the island. Very busy when we visited but excellent service, good food with a wide selection. Great facilities for children

?????????? A Wonderful Experience at Café Thyme, Arran
Café Thyme is a true gem on the Isle of Arran. From the moment we arrived, the 5-star service stood out ? warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. The food was delicious, freshly prepared, and full of flavour, with something for everyone to enjoy. What really made the experience extra special were the stunning views surrounding the café ? the perfect backdrop for a relaxing meal. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Arran!

This place is fabulous. Stopped by for lunch when cycling around the island.
Food - delicious. We had a soup and sandwich as we had a long ride ahead, but the pides looked fabulous as well.
Service - staff so friendly.
Clean, bright, outdoor and indoor seating.
Added touch - I had a problem with my bike seat and the owner very kindly helped me out without me feeling like I was bothering anyone. Just great, everyone should go.

Plenty of vegan choices (including cake). Lovely views. Friendly and great coffee and a choice of teas (and teapots if you?d like one to buy!).

Lovely in here. Friendly service and super fresh food. I had the mushroom and leek pide and it was delicious. Would definitely return!

I might be seeing the place with rose tinted spectacles after walking for 3 days to get here but what a lovely place! The food is delicious. We had the salmon sandwich and artichoke pide which were both great! Service was very attentive and friendly. The playground attached looks great too.

We popped here for coffee on the way to our Hairy Coo encounter and decided to come back for lunch afterwards. We both had sandwiches with chips and a perfectly dressed salad and more coffee! Every mouthful was delicious; sadly no room for pudding! Great place for food and convenient for the Standing Stones, Hairy Coo encounter and a bit of retail therapy! Recommend.

Stopped off here for some lunch on a wet Sunday a week ago. We had the tomato lentil soup, the lamb pidi with a fabulous salad and the soup was served with pitta bread. Everything was delicious. The service was excellent and quite fast and the staff were lovely. Best food and service I have had anywhere recently.

Stopped for lunch. Menu disappointing. Tried chicken noodle soup however, chicken scarcely seen, noodles in abundance and large pieces of onion, and so overly seasoned it was inedible. Just left and won't go back.

Amazing cafe, really warm welcome. The haggis and cheese pide is a revelation in itself and it's comes with a proper salad (no limp lettuce and solitary tomato here - big chunks of fresh veg that compliments the pide perfectly), all rounded off with top coffee and incredible views.

Multitudinous variety of tea, all served with a smile along with tasty cake - top marks
