Lovely clean room with sea view. Very comfortable bed and excellent shower and lovely towels. Black out curtains would be good for the early sunrise but then I would not have had a picture opportunity. Breakfast excellent, hosts could not have been any more attentive. Duncan was full of knowledge knowing the island very well. Will definitely be back.

Excellent guest house, amazing staff and amazing food, would highly recommend the restaurant in the guest house cannot praise it enough! I will definitely be back here!

The staff were helpful. The place had a tired feeling, low-maintenance, mismatched furniture,no atmosphere. But taste is personal. Bedroom door locks were an overkill faff. Paying by bank transfer was a hassle. The dining room tables and floors appeared clean but were sticky. Felt overall like it could see better days.

Clean room with amazing view. Comfortable bed and good shower. WiFi was reliable. Good breakfast. Friendly people. Dog friendly rooms, easy parking out front.

Had a great stay here, stayed for a couple of nights. Really peaceful location (handy having a car to nip to the shops). Rooms were good and great value, full scottish was delicious, and Nicole who looked after b&b was so lovely and accommodating!

Stayed January 2025. Victorian era guest house with lovely rooms and a great location directly facing the sea. Staff were fantastic and full cooked breakfast was a great start to the day with a choice of eating times. Everything we needed for a short stay and good value for money.

This is a gem of a place, lovely setting looking out to sea with glorious sun rises... best ever porridge, thanks Nicole can't wait to sample it again. Nowhere in village for evening meal but plenty in Lamlash a short 3 mile drive. Parking is on side of road but not a problem. Very comfortable, homely guest house, highly recommended.

Really helpful hosts and excellent breakfast. No option for evening meals in the area. A bus trip is needed if you are not in a car.

A bit dated, but that also has charm. Breakfast is freshly prepared for you (full Scottish) and there is a buffet. Rooms are not very large, but do have a sea view (not all rooms).
Staff are super friendly and helpful

Amazing artisanal coffee shop "The Hidden Coffee" here in the day with incredible home made sourdough bread, toasties, soups, cakes, and excellent flat white coffee. Full vegan options for cakes, toasties, coffee as well as meat / veggie. Run by excellent women. Stayed at the B&B and went to the coffee shop in the day. Cute Victorian / Edwardian guest house with sash windows and a beautiful view of the bay. Bus stop outside on the route to Brodick ferry. Fantastic stay and the sun shone. Vegan options for breakfast at the guest house.

Nearby activities: On the bay nice shops and independent restaurants / places to eat nearby, artisinal coffee shop in the bottom in the day
Walkability: Bus stop outside good starting spot for trips
Food & drinks: Very nice breakfast with vegan options

Great views, the beach directly outside makes it's even better! Lovely clean place, nice brekky the next morning. Just check yourself in when you arrive, need help there's a button on a door. Very minimal fuss.
