We bought a chicken wrap for our daughter and they?re was a bone inside her wrap we had to force her to spit it out because it got stuck in her throat and they forgot about our juice as well I don?t recommend this

I placed an order one meal missing and the other inedible chicken donner it was cold not hot full of bone and gristle - I tried calling could not get through as it was a Saturday evening. I emailed payeat who I placed the order through and emailed volcano twice about a full refund- totally ignored. A waste of just short of £24 from a take away I have not had issues with before. Won?t use them again!If they wish to rectify this all my information will be detailed on order number #7285276 from Volcano Restaurant then I would remove this review but I doubt they will respond at all very poor quality and customer service.

This used to be my go to place for pizza and kebabs when i stayed in Irvine 8 or 9 years ago. Moved to Ayr then returned to Irvine 3 years ago and thought id see if they were still as good....i was left disappointed. Ordered a large spicy chicken pizza, garlic bread, chips and a large donner kebab around 8pm, it was delivered in a reasonable time of approx 45 minutes....however, the pizza base was really floppy and when a slice was picked up the toppings began to slide off back into the box, the chips were okay i suppose as was the garlic bread but the kebab was quite gristly and it was lukewarm at best.I dont know whats happened to this place but its a shame, was the only place i ordered from at one time but now theres others that id rather use.Overall - 5/10

Really really poor from volcanos. A chicken tandoori kebab order - with salad and sauce separate, received a dry bit of cold pitta with cold chicken and no salad!
