made an appointment with a member of staff who wanted to help with pensions and savings. my appointment day i got another member of staff whose attitude was awful , no help what so ever, couldnt or wouldnt help with savings. Was made feel i was a chore. had to walk out without even attempting to sort out my pensions. Time for a change of banks i think.

I'm a TSB customer, they have really friendly staff and great support and customer service when on the phone.They're also very good at keeping their customers informed with any changes and updates with our accounts.

Awful bank, they refused to allow my dad put money into my account despite my authorisation. Staff not helpful at all
