This review is to explain how helpful Audrey (Irvine tesco shop) in the passport help section made my application for my wife and I.
AUDREY was so professional polite and took the time completing our new passport application.

Really bad experience in Tesco Irvine wanted to buy a necklace that I really really liked took it to the till and couldn?t get it as the assistant said it wasn?t recognised, I could see the bar code and £12 price on it, but no I didn?t get it, this was Thursday, I went back in on Friday same necklace was hanging on the rail to be sold , so I took it up to buy it , same thing , the assistant was really snappy, and wouldn?t sell it, back jn today , Saturday the exact same thing, it was back out to be sold , I took it to the till the same snappy woman wouldn?t sell it to me, so no I don?t have it but I would really liked to have bought it, tried to phone the shop and a shop that size has no kne to answer the phone,,,, really !!

Nice little Tesco, recently refurbished, obviously not on the standard of the big Tesco's but stocks everything you need for top up shops.

In shopping today we asked an older man member of staff who was filling milk if he could please get the milk from the back of the shelf. He said woof and put his two hands up like paws. Another customer then stepped in to get the milk for us. Think tesco needs to train there staff on customer service. I work in another store but never saw behaviour like that before it's shocking
