I was in the shop today. I bought a pair of denim Bermuda Shorts. There are no dressing rooms so I took the shorts home to try them on and sadly they were too small. Because I stay in the town I dropped back in with my receipt, tags still on to bring them back and have a look round for an exchange. When I came back it was the manager Graham, I actually used to work with Graham and a manager named Edward years ago in the Qxfam shop and that was a positive experience. Graham didn't recognise me today. The customer service I received today by Graham was very hurtful and rude and sad. I know for sure no customer in the world should be spoken to the way I was today. I am also very sure this is not the way the Savation Army has trained staff to treat customers. It is unacceptable Graham. The younger staff member who originally served me today is very well trained in customer service and was very welcoming and kind, thank you. Beacuse of the way Graham treated me today, I will probably not come back and I will look to put in a complaint to the higher up management of The Salvation Army. I feel so disappointed and so disrespected.

Echoing Stewart McDonald's view. Think we have both encountered the same person. Rude, nasty and ill-mannered woman. Not surprising but the shop had no other customers. Civility costs nothing. She'd do well to remember that. Had been upbeat before going in here, left feeling angry and depressed.

Terrible attitude from the wee dumpy one ( the manager I think ) just not a nice person. I wondered why the shop wasn't busy ( compared to other branches ) and she must be the reason.
