Less and less seems to be getting maintained...
There seem to be fewer and fewer shops, and what's left is mostly just vape shops, phone shops, closed-down shops, and other shops hardly anyone buys from. And honestly, it's just getting worse. it's just more of the same stuff. No new, actually good shops that people want to buy from...
Although you still have other shops, though, like Greggs, Primark, Poundland, etc. So not all shops are useless.
Also, the place could use a well-needed cleaning up... and to make sure they're keeping it clean.
One very major bug I have is energy waste, lights and speakers are wastefully left on
Why do you need lights on in empty shops? why do you need speakers in shops playing when nobody is even there? And WHY! Do all these shops insist on sticking these tacky-looking LEDs to every surface they see, it's overkill and a major inefficiency. No shop on earth needs that many LEDs.
Security seems a bit non-existent, only the occasional shout down the mic (which does nothing to stop people), why isn't anyone actually in the centre dealing with problems...
Why are the bins being taken away, do you want people to trash the place?
Basically, if you want more people to shop here, make the place look like somewhere people would enjoy shopping in, as currently, the place looks a bit run down... not a good look.

River gate is a dump beggars everywhere or junkies , half the shops are closed , best thing would be to put this eyesore down

Out of towners having a sunday day out. Lots of shops closed down. Just the usual shops Primark poundland and Greggs. Would I go again... no I wouldn't
