Fantastic from start to finish! Was able to give us advice and guidance on what would be best in our home then did a brilliant job of fitting our flooring on the date we requested. The boys went out of their way to work late and make sure our flooring was down ready for us to move in the following day. Our home looks beautiful with our flooring from Reid?s. Brilliant service, I went with a picture of a carpet and John was able to find one identical for such a good price and quality but would be suitable to have with young kids! I can not put into words how deverstated I was today 3 weeks on order deposit paid. Recieved a call monday to cancel my dinning room fitting as the wrong colour carpet had been delivered so I would have to wait until Wednesday when they would fit new one and my hall stairs and landin. 11 o'clock today I called them to check all was well yes we will be with you at 2 great see you then, they came ok to say sorry no carpets and to much stress to get them so here's your deposit we carnt fit now as now room before Xmas. Please take my advise and go somewhere else this man is a disgrace to his trade. How can he sleep he really did not care he just walked away and said not my problem.

After shopping around for néw carpets for 4 bedrooms and a staircase, so pleased we decided on Reids. John helped select an excellent quality carpet and underfelt at a very reasonable price.
