Customer service shocking. Tried to swap birthday present. Unused with primark tags on for a bigger size. Refused because no receipt. Wouldn't have been hard to swap it. Won't be back.

Good value clothing

I went into the Irvine branch this morning 3/6/2025 for a few items of clothing for the summer. I went to pay & was met by a staff member who informed me at the barrier. Card only as I looked up I saw 12 self service check outs. I dropped my basket & left. I'll take my cash elsewhere.

Visited the men's Department.Looking for straight bottomed jogging pants.Most of the trousers and all of the jogging bottoms were elasticated bottoms. Think the buyers have no imagination or originality.
