I had great customer service with nationwide Irvine, my mum passed away in February and we had to deal a lot with the branch, Lorraine was very professional , offered us support and helped us at every stage nothing was a problemWe cannot thank her enough x

Changed to online banking but had no real problems with branch - apart from you can only bank five bags of change per day - so saving your pennies for hols you need to start banking it way before your departure - and then you are likely to spend it before you get to your destination - as legal tender and them a bank they should be able to accept any amount of bagged cash - yes its time consuming to weigh each bag but that's what staff are employed to do - serve the customer and after all not everyone would bank hundreds of bags of coin a day

Closed my account today ! a really poor service in store , went in a few weeks ago just after midday for change for my holidays (£100 worth not a monumentus amount) and I was told the bank didn't have any change ! This combined with smug staff no thanks ! Take your business elsewhere folks
