“Phoned the shop to ask if they still had anyone in the shop like 'the guru' that I had dealt with a few years back as I was having a few issues with storage, apps not working as they used to etc and was advised they no longer had a guru but to just pop over and someone would help me. Martin dealt with me when I went in and was extremely helpful and very attentive. I am not the best with tech stuff but he listened to the issues I was having and spent time sorting my phone and explaining a few things to me that have helped. He also very kindly spent time sorting a couple of issues my mum was having with her phone which was brilliant. Can't thank Martin enough for the service we received. All the member of staff seemed really very friendly and engaging which was lovely. I have never over all the years that I have dealt with the Irvine shop been disappointed. Thanks for a great service.”

“I had issues with my phone and had no idea what to do so I went here and talked to a bearded fella called Jack (I think that’s his name sorry if not) but I was impressed with the customer service I received- helped me solve the issue very quickly and was patient and friendly thoroght.
