We've had at least 5 deliveries from mkm in the last year. A variety of materials for our new build. We live down a single track road so it can be challenging for some larger vehicles at times. I don't think it's ever phased these guys. They always manage in and out in no time. Dropping materials exactly where you need them if you give them a heads up. I've not just gone back to them because their delivery service is great. They are actually the cheapest for so many materials. Great company, I'll be back again and again for future projects!

Service was diabolical. Order never turned up on the date that was booked and paid for. They called us last minute to say that the boards I paid for were actually promised to someone else and could not be delivered for another 5 days. We spoke with Marie Claire who?s attitude was ridiculous. She should absolutely not be in a customer service role. I asked if I could get the first delivery on Tuesday due to us not getting our order on initial date and Marie Claire said that they do not prioritise anyone even though they made the initial mistake in not honouring my order on the Friday. So my delivery came at 16:45. I use MKM frequently but this is my first purchase with MKM Irvine which will definitely be my last. Not only was the work delayed but I was out of pocket employing a joiner Friday, Tuesday and Wednesday for 1 days work. Deeply disappointed on the service received.
