Awful service no empathy to personal situation,I had been in hospital after suicide attempt ,missed appointment ! Was crying ,then I was told that wasn’t an excuse ! Discussed domestic violence issues that lead me to situation ! Won’t recommend!

Rude, sullen receptionist, actually heard her say to the solicitor upstairs. Oh god that woman is back in again.
