Must be the worse McDonald's on the planet. Its either continually not got stuff or gets your order wrong. Defo one to give a miss UPDATE after more than a year nothing has changed. Can't event get the basics right and McDonalds and the management team don't care as long as money is coming in. Best bit of advice is give this a miss and if you have to visit it check your order before you leave or drive away as there is always something missing

Order wrong! All we received from what we ordered was 2 burgers & 2 juices, no fries or chicken nuggets! Tried to contact them but no one answering the phone (wonder why???) No excuses for such poor service as it wasn?t even busy! Staff standing about doing nothing but still can?t get a simple order correct!!! Definitely won?t be back!

An absolute disgrace, a red weather warning from the government and the police, and you have not given your employees any care by making them go into work, all shops schools and transport are all off, as an employer you should be ashamed.I hope you have public liability insurance as you will need it if anyone gets hurt.

So I went to McDonald?s and I got a quarter pounder meal I get the meal and the bun is smashed the patty was stone cold and the chips they didn?t give me any sauce and I asked for McFlurry at my table and they never came so I just decided to leave waste of money rather go to kfc Taco Bell or Burger

Cheeky, demotivated staff that don't give two monkeys about customers. Can't handle the slightest bit of pressure on the late shift and have the guy that takes the orders in making the food too. Deliberately don't hand out a receipt when they know the code will be used for a negative customer survey.

Absolutely shocking service. Got a delivery paid £6.18 for 2 large milkshakes and got 3 fruit shoots delivered. Tried phoning but they never answer. In total tonight nearly 40 pounds for 2 meals.

Took 20+ minutes to get a burger and chicken nuggets. Staff were making inappropriate movements and running around the kitchen making TikToks. Will take my buisness to stevenson next time

Only had a drink because we were thirsty, wanted to eat some of the food that was very different from McDonald's back home but wasn't hungry.

Always check your order as incompetence is rife in this place, happy to take your money but not give you the whole order, leaves me fuming on a regular basis. Think im done with mcdonald's
