Let my 89 Yr old dad try out the mattress function in store to determine which would best fit his size weight etc, then showed him several options to choose from, provided him with a pillow, after deciding which mattress was most suitable, Laura offered us tea/coffee, whilst going through the options for purchase. Very knowledgeable about products, and very helpful. I would recommend anyone to go to Dreams when requiring to purchase a bed/mattress. An all round enjoyable experience.MR CONNER”
