“Free parking, not too bad selection of shops (Open) for this day and age.I did wonder though who is paying for the utilities in the old Wilko store,lights have been on constantly for months, must be loaded!!!!”
“EDITED REVIEW: I complained to Eurocell over a minor issue and amazed by the way they responded to my complaint. Less than 24 hours after sending an email to Eurocell I received a phone call from the area manager. I genuinely felt he wanted to rectify the issue and went above and beyond to do so. My faith is now restored!”

“Whoever thought of putting a Card Factory shop in Irvine must have had a lot of confidence in their capabilities to be able to sell cause there are what seems like hundreds of the same themed shops in the town.This said they knew what they were doing cause this place is ALWAYS mobbed.Just getting to the section you're looking for is an achievement !! They dont sell cheap cards -they sell cards cheap!A card that would cost around £2-£3 elsewhere will cost no more than about 89p.What a bargain.Now dont tell me you never need greetings cards.so when you do next time use Card Factory.”

“Lovely wee shop with amazing staff and the ladies are very knowledgeable. Visited for paper for a feature wall, and also matching paint. Will be returning to see what paper we are getting next.”
“New bathroom installation. Survey done at time stated, arranged a review with surveyor and assistant in store using computer generated graphics of four designs. Plenty time to talk over what we wanted, picked our preferred units to be installed, wall coverings, shower, toilet, sink , floor, ceiling lights and panelling. Started on the date stated, advised five day job, managed to complete in four days. Workers kept any mess to a minimum, cleaning as they progressed with installation. Delighted with finished bathroom. A couple of issues which were dealt with within an hour of calling the store and our point of contact.”

“We were greeted by Laura at the store in Irvine Ayrshire, who was extremely helpful, explained everything. Let my 89 Yr old dad try out the mattress function in store to determine which would best fit his size weight etc, then showed him several options to choose from, provided him with a pillow, after deciding which mattress was most suitable, Laura offered us tea/coffee, whilst going through the options for purchase. Very knowledgeable about products, and very helpful. I would recommend anyone to go to Dreams when requiring to purchase a bed/mattress. An all round enjoyable experience.MR CONNER”
