What a delight to find a business where the staff are interested enough in the customer to offer honest advice and exemplary service.I brought my watch here for repair and to have a link removed. I was advised it could take four weeks and they would deal with the link on the watch's return.Within two weeks, my watch was good as new, the link removed and they even checked the fit before I left the shop.For first class service, this is now my goto place for watch repairs. I heartily recommend it.

I bought a Rotary watch from your Bridgegate ,Irvine branch this morning. It was a very pleasant experience. I was served by a lovely lady called Fiona who was very helpful. I bought my husband a new wedding ring for Christmas. The staff were so lovely and helpful agreeing to seal the gift bag as my husband would be picking it up. Unfortunately the ring was too big. However, we took the ring back on Boxing Day and the lady we dealt with was incredibly helpful. They even offered to have the ring delivered to us at home and she arranged to have the delivery fee written off. Staff in this shop are amazing and we will never shop for jewelry anywhere else. 10 out of 10 :-)
