I bought a Rotary watch from your Bridgegate ,Irvine branch this morning. It was a very pleasant experience. I was served by a lovely lady called Fiona who was very helpful. I bought my husband a new wedding ring for Christmas. The staff were so lovely and helpful agreeing to seal the gift bag as my husband would be picking it up. Unfortunately the ring was too big. However, we took the ring back on Boxing Day and the lady we dealt with was incredibly helpful. They even offered to have the ring delivered to us at home and she arranged to have the delivery fee written off. Staff in this shop are amazing and we will never shop for jewelry anywhere else. 10 out of 10 :-)

Had to go into store as a ring I bought was too large, both ladies were extremely helpful and friendly and helped me get the correct size, processed my return and ordered the correct size for me. Their help was really appreciated

Terrible jewellwry necklaces constantly break!!! Cheap rubbish thats not cheap this about 3rd necklace chain thats broke fron this store! When you purchase ensure you ask for an email receipt & if taking out insurance do the same! Claimed couldn?t find my info ? they need paperwork so hopefully i have receipt emailed buy elsewhere! Staff terrible only nice when you in to purchase try returning a broken item! Ooft avoid at all costs.
