I?ve trained in the fitness factory since it first opened, it?s a great gym and I wouldn?t train anywhere else , it has a great atmosphere with friendly and knowledgeable staff , it is big , with great equipment, free weights , machines , and cardiovascular machines and a large studio for classes

Love the fitness factory ? it?s got a real community spirit. I haven?t experienced that in any other gym! You get tips for training and the classes are regular and great fun (albeit bloomin? hard). Cannot recommend it enough ????

Fab gym, Lisa and her team are very knowledgeable and helpful! I always feel welcomed and comfortable in the gym and they will go over and above to help you meet your goals! PT is very effective and a good variety of classes available.
