I have spent over 3 hours on the shop with Carol?, who was loaded with the cold, snorting away and clearly wasn't fully trained. She basically spent 2.5 hours running after the two other workers, and at the end Ross had to complete our purchase - which I had to find for myself online, cause Carol only gave me more expensive options to start with. It was utterly painful, I wish I just went online to do the same thing.. I wanted to ask help to set up my EE account but gave up on it by the time we finished..

Went into get a new tablet on my EE plan, waited about 10mns, asked another customer hold they had been waiting, quite a bit, fir their appointment. An appointment, left the Shop immediately. Went to EE in Kilmarnock, walked straight in & got served, no appointment needed. Been in the EE in Killie a few times, guys are brand new, & a great help. No Stars for Irvine, 6 Stars ? for Kilmarnock.

My husband and I went in on Christmas eve to buy (out right) a new Google pixel 8 pro. But we were told they don't sell them out right like that but we could have one on a contract for £70 a month. We said no thanks and went somewhere else and bought one right there

Our experience with the staff at EE Irvine was, as it always is a fantastic one. The staff are so polite and friendly, not to mention knowledgeable. No question is too silly to ask. Great also that they have the use on the consoles for kids. We will definitely be back.
