We were greeted by Laura at the store in Irvine Ayrshire, who was extremely helpful, explained everything. Let my 89 Yr old dad try out the mattress function in store to determine which would best fit his size weight etc, then showed him several options to choose from, provided him with a pillow, after deciding which mattress was most suitable, Laura offered us tea/coffee, whilst going through the options for purchase. Very knowledgeable about products, and very helpful. I would recommend anyone to go to Dreams when requiring to purchase a bed/mattress. An all round enjoyable experience.MR CONNER

The store assistant, Donna was very helpful, answering all our questions and guiding us to our choice of bed, explaining the differences in mattresses and how they affect our comfort, we had our sleep profiles done which also was informative. Donna was also excellent when processing our details in the purchase of a bed and mattress keeping us informed and refreshed with offers of tea and coffee etc.

Great place to buy a bed with great help from Kenny who greeted us at the door with a welcoming smile and made us feel welcome, explained what we were doing to get the best bed for us, after we lay on the special bed to get the best mattress for us Kenny gave us a pillow each so we could properly test each mattress, after much testing we decided which mattress was for us, at no time did we fell pressurised to buy a mattress, then it was just to get a delivery date which suited us which just happened to be valentines day, I don't think you could ask for a better day to try out your new bed, when we were organising payment we were offered a cool drink of water which was great, to complement our new mattress we were given a new mattress protector and bought new pillows we were walked to the door by the lady manager, it was just great to come across such nice people. On entering the shop we were approached by Kenny who asked us what we were looking for we were treated to a sleep match and were then shown eight types of mattresses we were also treated to a lovely cup of coffee any questions we asked Kenny was spot on in answering these questions on what we particularly wanted what a lovely experience we had

Donna was more than helpful, she told us about the machine that tells you what bed is suitable for you which we tried, we didn?t go for its recommendations in the end we made our own choice but Donna was great every step of the way even offering us refreshments. We did purchase our new bed and are looking forward to it?s delivery.
