The woman who was very rude to my son should learn what the word charity means.there was no need for her rudeness. I will never donate to cancer shop again

Tried to donate 2 black bags of good quality branded kids clothes, and foot wear including nike. Would have given 4 stars, but never been turned away by a charity shop when making a donation in my life, I know they have lost out on money, from items that would sell fast. I was told they had no space left to take the donation! But with a shop that size, it would take a few heavy goods lorrys to fill it! Cancer Research lost out today, and Salvation Army were delighted ?.

Well I know that obviously the money you spend is for a good cause, however I often feel things can be rather pricey considering they are donated for free, not to mention delivery that is a whopping £15, there is also an accessibility issue within the store often clothes racks too near each other or furniture to near for people with mobility issues required the use of a wheelchair.
