We placed a drive through order at approx 5.16pm on 4th January 26
We were asked to park to wait for the order, I went into the restaurant after 20 mins to see what the issue was & it was determined that the staff member had given our order to a different vehicle. I asked for a refund & an explanation and the manager said no idea but the order slip wasn't there. Shocking service all their focus is on delivery orders.

I was the only customer in, staff were pleasant but they couldn't take payment at the counter so had to use the self service ( mmm is this stage 1 of getting rid of the counter staff?) despite being the only customer I had difficulty finding a clean table, so overall not impressed
