They are happy for you to buy a car, which I?ve since found out is worth about £4,000 less than I paid for it. After sales is a joke. In the 7 months I?ve had the car 2 tyres have disintegrated and a spring has broken. Bridgend didn?t want to know. I?ve only driven about 3,000 miles since purchase so the tyres must have been in a poor state on purchase. I?m an older lady on my own and know nothing about cars. I would NOT recommend this garage

Darren in Irvine was fantastic. Friendly, very helpful and very knowledgeable about the steps that I was going through. He also tried everything he could to help when all his options had been depleted. Once finance was arrange he even went and sorted out my tax for the car and the company even took my old car as deposit.
Would definitely go back again and hope Darren is my advisor in the future because of his great customer service.
