Visited Boots Opticians Irvine. Attended by helpful friendly staff in a quiet professional environment. Eye test was very thorough and the Optician explained each stage well.
Advise given about prescription and his rationale. The Optometrist was helpful discussing the range of options available.

From walking through the door to leaving the store my experience of customer care was 100%.
All the staff were amazing from eye test to choosing my new glasses.
The selection of glasses was so good that I had a hard time making up my mind to make my decision.

I have been a customer of Boots Opticians for a number of years now, and I have always been totally satisfied with the service I have received, particularly the personal assistance given throughout the time of my visits, giving helpful hints and suggestions when making my choice as to the suitability of the glasses I have chosen etc. For that reason, I have always recommended Boots Opticians to my friends and family
