In bourtreehill boots the chemist have no competition for miles so they call the shots .big tam went into boots today at 1.10pm for medication for bad diarrhoea only to find the new rule closed for lunch between 1pm and 2pm on the way back to the bus big tam had a problem with his bowls stop changing the rules guys.

The pharmacy lady and counter staff where very rude talking about me and my disabled son as I said l was picking up my sons medicine and it was ready but as I was walking out they started bitching about and I walked back in and they where complaining about me and bitching which is not on .
I have used that shop for 2 years and the other lady pharmacy is lovely but off and this lady is un friendly and rude .Will take my business elsewhere

Not bad, its a good health and beauty shop but boots isn't always exactly cheap tbh, as you can easily get some stuff way cheeper elsewhere to be fair...

Pharmacies are notorious for poor customer service. This one breaks the mould. All the staff from dispenser assistants to the pharmacists themselves are a pleasure to deal with.They go above and beyond to source medication. They dispense medication as quick as possible and are happy to answer any questions with a smile.

(NOT WELL MANAGED) Often losing prescription slips after it's handed in & as for if you're owed a balance this again is often either forgot about misplaced and in many occasions resulting in balances needing reordered causing for the delay, also not good with time scales they say prescription will be ready the next day ect even after a few days later it's still not ready NEED TO BE MORE REALISTIC WITH THERE TIME FREAMES.

I've been putting up with their nonsense for years, wrong medication supplied, missing medication, but finally I've given up. They are arrogant and seem to think they can get away with anything. Most recently an item hadn't been included by the GP, so I said I'd pop next door and get it sorted. I came back 5 minutes later to find them shutting the shop, 2 minutes before the scheduled time, and inspite of knowing I was coming back.I've had enough.

After 5 separate visits they couldn't get the prescription right. I finally gave up and ordered what I needed from amazon

I can go to a nightclub or a pub but there I've got to stand outside in the freezing rain while there's only THREE people allowed in the shop. The staff are behind screens so what's the problem?

Staff consistently lie, about prescriptions being done or being there at all, went 3 times for the same item to be told a different story each time.
