Visited this store today and l can only say your staff on perfume.dept need some lessons on customer service there is no interaction with customer l asked 3 questions and still waiting on answers we then decided to go elsewhere that's 2 customers lost and not good for business

Normally good service, phoned to see if £70 product was in stock, nobody would answer the phone, went elsewhere.

Appalling customer service at pharmacy counter. Three staff at counter. No one serving.. after 10 minutes, then customer come to the other counter and member of staff went and served the people there. We were still waiting, when the person at the other counter said to another member of staff to serve at pharmacy because there there were more people. The girl just ignored and kept doing whatever she was doing. Waiting another few minutes and left without prescription. The young blond girl just looked as if she did not want to be there. I worked in retail and was always told the customers should come first but not in boots.

Cannot say enough about the staff in this shop. Had a bit of an emergency repair needed to my glasses which I cannot do without, initially they said they might need to be sent away to be soldered but they said they would try to do a repair for me. 30 mins later glasses sorted out. Lovely friendly staff, credit to Boots
