Called ahead to ask if I could drop two prams off and was told yes. Drove 20 miles, dropped the prams in and was treated very nicely by the young girl. Spent a few minutes signing up for gift aid and was just browsing the toys when the older woman (manager?) came through. She very abruptly said she could only take one pram. I pointed out that I had phoned ahead and travelled a fair distance and that I wouldn?t be packing it all back into the car to take home. Had I not hung around to potentially buy things to put even more money into the charity I would have been gone before she came through. Her parting shot was to say very loudly as I was closing my car door that I was practically fly tipping!
Her attitude was awful and has ensured that anything else I have to donate will be going elsewhere

They have a ton of stuff but it is over priced and they forget who their clientele is. Overly stuffed store with no room to look with a pram let alone holding a baby. I couldn't fit between the shelves myself. Good place to come if you're looking for a pram, crib and other larger items that charity shops typically don't carry. They need a bigger space and to be more reasonable on prices.

Went to go by barnardos so my friend can get something out of the shop but the way I was spoke to by the older women in the shop was bang out and uncalled for all because my wean was upset and turned around and said should i phone childline on your mum which i didnt understand why she said that then my wean dropped a bottle and she turned around and said aint you going to pick that up mind you i was outside the shop and then she goes back in and said she couldnt stand crying weans and gripped a pack a dummys, I definitely wont be back into the shop again
