“Your team said they had a booking time of 12 noon, but the email booking said 1pm. I turned up at 1pm and was told the booking was for 12 noon.One of the team offered to interrupt a lunch break, but as I was not in a hurry, I left the car with you.No phone call to say the car was ready - just a couple of emails with a health report.I was even asked if I had paid when I collected the car - despite it being a pre paid internet booking.No criticism of the branch team who were very helpful; but the IT system let you down.”
