Mainly positive experience. Communication was spot on josh was really helpful. I got the car delivered to a click and collect.I got the app before hand and came up that the tires were close to the limit. I asked and was told they were good. When I got it they were 3.1mm so right on the limit of what they sell them at. I was disappointed, I will be buying new tires right away as it's a performance car.I would use them again but would go in person and check the car over for myself.

Really poor service today. Went in to see car that was looked at online. Was quoted over £3000 of difference from another garage for my own car. Was left sitting to ?see what he could do? all the while he was stood eating a chocolate bar. Came back and was basically telling the information from the garage I had was incorrect or they were adding the money onto another car. Even though I had the other garage on the phone clarifying what I was saying was in fact correct, he was still so dismissive. Bought many cars over the years and never experienced unprofessional service like this before. Place looked terrible also, Christmas decorations still up and some just lying on the floor.

Possibly the worst customer service!I purchased a second hand car from Arnold&Clark Irvine and paid little over 22k for it!The car supposed to be recently serviced but somehow they forgot to service automatic gearbox which Mr Stephen Walsh promised that this job will be paid for at their expense but somehow he stopped replying on my emails?!The car is developing a knocking noise coming from suspension whenever I reverse and park and this is happening since day one I purchased the car!I tried to call aftercare warranty which I purchased with the car for extended two years but they keep saying that the car isn?t registered with my name and warranty that I need to contact the person who sold the car to me Mr Samuel Frew whom also stopped replying to my emails a day after I bought the car!Now I?m thinking of driving all the way down to Scotland to return the car and getting my money back!!I only have the car for month!Very disappointing!!

Stopped in for a quick look at a car. Couldn't see it in the show room so the sales person just pointed out to the car park and said it's over there. Car was parked in a deep muddy part, couldn't even walk round it as the ground was manky with mud. No registration plate on the front either. No interest from sales person, and the pointing and saying aye it's over there is pretty good service. Will maybe avoid this branch in the future.

Seen a car on the Tuesday picked it up on Sunday, Connor who I dealt with was brilliant, seamless transition in which a lot of the sale was done over the phone, travelling from Dover I was there about an hour paper work signed and after a fantastic cup of coffee I was on my way. The car BMW m135i is faultless, stunning motor after coming from VW, cannot recommend this place high enough.

Recently had a very poor and disappointing experience with the Irvine branch of Arnold Clark.I spotted a car and my boyfriend called to find out more details, reserve it and make an appointment to view it, explaining that he would be travelling from Northern Ireland. We feel that this would have been the PERFECT time for the dealership to mention that the car had not yet been through their workshop and wouldn?t be ready for sale for at least another week. Instead, they allowed us to spend nearly £300 on a return trip for nothing. When he arrived the next day, the car was covered in ice, so was unable to properly view the paint work. From what he could see, he said he though it was fine and then made an offer to Sam for a couple of hundred pounds below the asking price. It would seem that no one ever in the history of car buying has offered Sam anything below asking price as he took great offence at this. Having clearly upset Sam and shocked by his demeanour, my boyfriend left. To try and salvage something of the trip he called the Glasgow Branch of Arnold Clark to arrange to view a similar vehicle. With an hours? notice he arrived to a beautifully presented (and defrosted!) vehicle and professional and friendly service from David, so the opposite of the Irvine branch. That said the car just wasn?t quite the one.So, whilst my boyfriend had no interest is any further dealings with Sam, I hadn?t yet had the pleasure. I still needed a car and really wanted that one. A couple of days later I called to find out if the car was through the workshop and with the intention of offering the asking price as I needed and wanted that car. Easy right? Well not if the person who allegedly wants to sell you the car is rude, snappy, unhelpful, defensive, and belligerent. I couldn?t believe it. After a 5-minute conversation with Sam, I was so cross and completely discouraged . I knew I could never bring myself to buy that car after the way he spoke.I still haven?t found a new vehicle and I see the car is still on their website a month later. Oh, what could have been?

I honestly can't recommend this dealership enough. Big props to my knight in shining armour, Derek.I had a horrible experience with another dealership in Dreghorn that put me off wanting to buy a car for the rest of my days but Derek made things so easy and comfortable, a genuine salesman (which I no longer thought existed)Will be a returning customer for sure

Tried to book vehicle in for recall as advised by bmw, was advised by service department this could incur charges even though the car was recalled with all repairs relating to this free of charge. Do not recommend, had to contact BMW directly and will be raising a complaint. Shocking service.
