Excellent experience Alex has communicated effectively since first contact and arrived on time on both occasions. He came with 2 team members to fix some old broken valves to my hot and cold water supply at my home in Saltcoats. Thankfully he was very diligent and spotted I had a leak under my bath which was nothing to do with the works he was completing and fixed that also otherwise I'd have had a serious problem on my hands being an upper flat Highly recommended, professional, polite and knowledgeable. I would not recommend this person. Unresponsive, kept me wating for over a month with different reasons as to why work could not be done, in the end went to a different Plummer who was more than happy to accept the work and work now scheduled in. I would think very carefully before committing to anything as I had no bath for weeks............
