Absolutely excellent service, I was in today with my son who has downs syndrome and can be quite tricky to stand still etc but the lady who helped him was fantastic, she didn't mind him playing with her hair, giving her hugs etc! Much appreciated and will be returning ??

Trendy Treads have a great selection of footwear and I have taken my children to the shop in Inverurie for the last few years for their school shoes and been very happy but can I make all customers aware before they purchase anything - which I was not at the time of sale - that if you buy anything from the shop and then change your mind half an hour after purchase you do not get your money back when you return the item. Store policy on a poster behind the till and printed on your receipt after you have purchased the goods you only get an exchange or a credit note - great way to make sure they keep your cash. Trendy Treads I will be back to spend my credit note but you've just lost any future sales from me
