Great service, was keen to support me. Went in to get a phone unlocked and they tested out SIM cards there and then without charge and let me know my phone was unlocked. Could have easily took the phone and charged me as I would be none the wiser - other retailers would have been happy to.

Have used this place several times for screen covers and phone troubleshooting. Honesty and integrity every time.Had a P30 pro with intermittent faults and they could have easily billed me £100 for parts and labour. Told me instead it wasn't viable with no charge for getting it diagnosed.Screen protector was very well fitted with no bubbles and no sign of it lifting after a few months of heavy use by my teenager.

Very helpful and friendly chap. Took iPad in as it wasn?t charging and he spent some time investigating before concluding it was beyond economical repair. Clearly explained options and very knowledgeable. Decided not to proceed but he made no charge for diagnosis and advice. Very good service - thank you.

Wasn't able to accompany her so I can't speak for direct customer service, but I called the shop to ask about my mother heading in to see about getting her iphone's battery issues repaired and they were very cordial. When she came back from going there, they'd diagnosed that the battery wasn't the issue, it was the component that allowed it to charge, and the phone was irreparable. Bad news yes, but they didn't charge her for the diagnosis and it didn't take very long. Can't speak to what happened to the negative reviewers, but my mother and I are quite satisfied with the provided service.

I got them to repair the back on my iPhone 12 Pro Max . All looked great when complete . However three weeks later the back cracked. It wasn?t dropped . You can also see the glue lifting . I explained the situation to them and they offer zero warranty on the work once you leave the shop . ?The products they use are very cheap . They don?t last and the company don?t warrant the work .AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID useless company

I was on holiday in Scotland ??????? drop my fone (14 max) and my screen was shattered badly. I went to this shop they repair my phone screen less than 30 min very happy with screen quality and service very help staff members I was surprised ? they had 14 phone screen in stock no one had in 30 miles radius thank you ? very much life saver ??????
