Went here to do some final Christmas shopping on a day out with the family, ended up getting swindled.Paid part by cash, part by card. Woman at the till 15 stole the cash & put the full amount of the shopping onto the card.It was super busy and stressful in the store so we only discovered this when we got home, looked at the receipt properly & checked the bank account.Overall, she took the full amount of £61 from the card and pocketed the £30 cash for herself as none of my family remember seeing her even opening the till, leaving us £91 worse off.Customer service told us to travel the 70 miles back to the store only to tell us there is nothing they can do. They can't even be bothered to check the security cameras.Terrible, never coming back. Thieves.

Big thanks to the young staff member who pointed us to the cocktail sticks we were after yesterday. He showed great store knowledge and customer service. Didn?t get his name I?m afraid, but he was tall with dark hair & it was around 3.50pm. Hope the manager reads these reviews and can pass on our thanks.

You can get most of your shopping needs here. Good quality products of all kinds. Helpful and friendly staff. You should definitely get a Club Card before shopping as it can save you a lot.On the negative side, they have recently changed the entrance so that you can no longer not buy anything and just leave. Now you have to squeeze past people queuing for a checkout and say ?excuse me!? a lot.So keep that in mind. It worked perfectly the old way for 20 years or so! I bet it has made no difference to wastage.
