Such fantastic customer care and service. I got an emergency appointment for what turned out to be abrasions on my eye and i was so happy with how Megan dealt with me. I was seen straight away and looked after very well. She was amazing! She showed genuine care and even when booking for an eye test 2 months later, she remembered everything and could compare my sight easily.Thank you. Highly recommend this branch of Specsavers.

Had an eye test today in Inverurie and the staff were all great considering I had to take my 3 month old. Having him on my knee during the appointment wasn?t an issue at all and one of the staff even picked him up and held him for 10 minutes when he was getting a bit fed up. I felt so at ease.

Had an appointment with my mum yesterday and great service. Clean and tidy environment. Staff all friendly. Speak clearly giving all the options but at no point did we feel pushed into getting anything extra. There was a young man who was training and he did a great job.
